Organized a group event for the first time ever and the bus was the only part that came together completely without stress. The rest of event planning I'll never do again. The bus I absolutely will.

See live pricing & availability in seconds!
Since 2011, Party Bus Rental Omaha has been the go-to source for group transportation across eastern Nebraska — and that includes Lincoln, just 55 miles southwest of our home base along I-80. We know what it means to move a 40-person Husker tailgate crew from a hotel on South 27th Street to Gate 16 at Memorial Stadium, or to coordinate a bachelorette party looping from the Haymarket to the Railyard and back to a hotel on Cornhusker Highway — all without anyone drawing straws for a designated driver.
Our 24/7 reservation team handles the routing, the timing, and the logistics so your group handles the fun. We offer instant all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds — no callbacks, no estimates that shift at signing. You'll see the exact number before you ever book.
ADA-accessible vehicles are always available; just mention your needs when you reserve. From a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a rehearsal dinner pickup at Graduate Lincoln to a 56-passenger charter bus for a UNL commencement group, our network of vehicles covers every headcount and every occasion. Call 402-973-1398 any time to get started!
We offer 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 20-passenger party buses, 20- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses. Whatever your group size, you'll never pay for seats you don't actually need. Browse our full fleet or call 402-973-1398 for an instant quote.
For groups that want the celebration to start the moment the bus pulls up, our 15- to 50-passenger party buses include a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound with a premium speaker setup, flat-panel TVs, and an open floor space that turns the ride itself into part of the event.
Minibuses are the smart pick for corporate transfers and wedding guest loops — plush reclining seats and powerful climate control handle a Nebraska summer afternoon or a bitter February game day equally well. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays for gear-heavy runs: ski bags heading up to Ski Lincoln, equipment for university field trips, or suitcases on a post-commencement airport transfer to Lincoln Airport (LNK). Every vehicle is stocked with overhead storage and USB charging at every seat row.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
Premium AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Premium Entertainment Systems
Lincoln party bus rental prices run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos, $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses, $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses, $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses, $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses, $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
What shapes the final quote: your headcount, the date, mileage from pickup to destination, and how many hours the vehicle is with your group. Nebraska home football Saturdays spike demand fast — pricing during Husker home game weekends at Memorial Stadium tracks closer to the upper end of those ranges, especially September through November. You will always see the exact all-inclusive number before you commit.
No surprises. Check our party bus prices page for current ranges, or call 402-973-1398 for a quote built around your specific date and itinerary.

Lincoln runs on two speeds: Husker game day, when 90,000-plus fans descend on Memorial Stadium and every surface lot on Vine Street costs $40–$60 and fills before kickoff, and every other weekend, when the Haymarket and the Railyard draw steady crowds through O Street and R Street without the same parking chaos. Either way, coordinating a group of 20 or 30 people across Lincoln in separate cars means juggling parking spots, Venmo requests, and the inevitable person who shows up 25 minutes late to the carpool. A Lincoln party bus rental collapses all of that into one pickup, one drop-off, one flat rate.
Party Bus Rental Omaha has been coordinating exactly this kind of group travel across Nebraska since 2011. Our reservation team is available 24/7/365 — call us the morning of a last-minute Husker watch party or six months out for a spring wedding, and you get the same instant all-inclusive pricing either way. We serve Lincoln from our Omaha base on the same I-80 corridor your group would be driving anyway, and we cover every occasion from Lincoln Airport pickups to post-prom returns to O Street bar crawls.
One call, one quote, no stress. Call 402-973-1398 to lock in your date!
Party Bus Rental Omaha coordinates group transportation for every occasion across Lincoln and the surrounding region. Lincoln Airport (LNK) (2400 W Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68524) sits about 6 miles northwest of downtown Lincoln, directly off West Adams Street. It's a straightforward drive, but coordinating a group arrival — especially when passengers land on different flights and luggage carousels run slow — turns a 15-minute trip into a 45-minute scramble if you're juggling multiple cars.
With a private Lincoln airport shuttle bus, your group coordinator waits until everyone has bags in hand at the baggage claim level, then calls our team to confirm the bus moves to the commercial pickup lane at the terminal curb. One vehicle, one pickup window, no one waiting at a rideshare pin that drifts every time you check the app. For large conference groups flying into LNK for events at the Embassy Suites or the Cornhusker Marriott, a charter bus handles the entire group and all the luggage in one run.
For post-commencement travel when the entire terminal backs up in May, booking early is the only way to guarantee a vehicle. Call 402-973-1398 to book your Lincoln airport transportation!

A Lincoln bachelorette party built around the Haymarket district covers serious ground: cocktails at The Bourbon Theatre bar, dinner on P Street, dancing at The Rock 'N' Roll Rundown or Bourbon Street North, and a late-night pivot to the College View neighborhood or the bars clustered on O Street between 13th and 27th. That's five different parking situations, five different rideshare pickups, and at least one person who will inevitably lose the group between stops.
A Lincoln party bus rental keeps the entire crew in one place — the built-in bar, the LED lighting, and the sound system mean the party doesn't pause between venues, it just moves. No drawing straws for a designated driver, no $40 surge fare at 1:30 a.m. when everyone's trying to leave the same two-block stretch at once. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are the right fit for a bachelorette crawl; tell us your stops and we'll build the route.

Lincoln's event venue scene gives birthday groups real options: private rooms at The Venue (701 P St, Lincoln, NE 68508) in the Haymarket, banquet halls along South 56th Street, or a full-floor rental at Bourbon Street North for the older crowd. Getting 25 guests coordinated across Lincoln in separate cars — especially when half the party is coming from the UNL campus area and half from the southwest suburbs — is where the plan usually falls apart.
A party bus arrival at a Sweet 16 or quinceañera venue makes an entrance. Pre-load a custom playlist, coordinate the color scheme with our team, and the guest of honor steps off a bus with color-changing LEDs, Bluetooth sound, and the whole crew already in celebration mode. We work with parent committees and event coordinators across Lincoln to nail the pickup window and the timing.
Whether the celebration is at a Haymarket venue or a banquet hall in the Williamsburg neighborhood, one call handles the transportation for the whole group. Call 402-973-1398 to plan your Lincoln birthday transportation!

Lincoln's two main concert venues require two completely different approaches. Pinewood Bowl Theater (1 Pinewood Bowl Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516) sits inside Pioneers Park, tucked off West Van Dorn Street on the southwest side of town. The venue's gravel lot handles a few hundred cars, but on a sold-out summer night — Pinewood draws 5,000 per show — it fills up an hour before doors and parking spills onto Pioneer Boulevard, adding a 10-minute walk to the gate.
A Lincoln concert party bus rental drops your group at the entrance and waits nearby, so nobody's hiking a gravel shoulder in the dark after the encore.
Pinnacle Bank Arena (400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508) in the Haymarket anchors the other end of the scale: 15,000 seats, corporate garage attached, and rideshare pickup tucked off Arena Drive on the north side. Post-show surge pricing on a major Friday night regularly hits 2–3x on Uber and Lyft. Your group rides together, the energy stays up from first song to last call, and pickup is waiting — not circling.

Lincoln's corporate corridor runs from the Haymarket's Innovation Campus near 21st and Q Street out to the Nebraska Innovation Campus (formerly the University of Nebraska Research Park) on East Campus, with the State Capitol campus anchoring the center. Moving a team of 25 between a downtown hotel, a board meeting at the Capitol, and a team dinner at The Venue means three separate rideshare orders or one minibus — and a minibus means everyone arrives together and on time.
For large conferences at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Convention Center or the Cornhusker Marriott (333 S 13th St, Lincoln, NE 68508), a dedicated corporate shuttle loop handles airport pickups, hotel-to-venue runs, and end-of-night returns without asking anyone to navigate the one-way grid around 13th Street in an unfamiliar rental car. WiFi and power outlets on board mean the 55-mile I-80 run from Omaha to Lincoln is a working commute, not dead time. Call 402-973-1398 to discuss Lincoln corporate shuttle options!

Lincoln's biggest private transportation crunch happens three times a year: Husker home football Saturdays, when surface lots on Vine Street and Stadium Drive hit $40–$60 cash-only and fill two hours before kickoff; the Lincoln Marathon in May, which closes downtown streets along 16th Street and O Street for hours and turns rideshare wait times brutal; and the State Fair, which technically runs in Grand Island but draws massive Lincoln-area traffic on I-80 every Labor Day weekend.
For family reunions, church retreats, or multi-stop celebration days around Lincoln — the Lincoln Children's Zoo, Sunken Gardens, and the Sheldon Museum of Art all within a few miles of each other — a private charter bus keeps everyone together and cuts out the hassle of juggling a five-car caravan across a city where street parking downtown charges by the 15-minute increment. One flat rate, one vehicle, one coordinator handling every stop. Call 402-973-1398 to discuss your Lincoln private event transportation!

Prom season across Lincoln-area high schools — Lincoln High, Lincoln East, Lincoln Northeast, Lincoln Southeast, Lincoln Southwest, and Lincoln North Star — runs in a compressed window from late April through mid-May. Every high school in the metro holds its prom within roughly six weeks of each other, and the Lincoln party bus rental market reflects it: the right vehicles for a 30-student group go first, and they go in December when organized parents book.
A typical six-hour prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at Pioneers Park or Holmes Lake, venue drop-off at a downtown Lincoln hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked four to six months out. The same rental booked two weeks before prom, if it's available at all, runs $2,800–$3,500 or more. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
We coordinate with parent groups and student councils across Lincoln-Lancaster County every season. Call 402-973-1398 to lock in your prom date now!

Lincoln's school group transportation options stretch from in-city field trips — the Lincoln Children's Zoo (1222 S 27th St, Lincoln, NE 68502), the Morrill Hall Natural History Museum on the UNL City Campus (645 N 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68503), and the Nebraska State Capitol (1445 K St, Lincoln, NE 68509) — to longer runs west to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum in Ashland or north to the Omaha zoo.
Charter buses in our network offer what yellow school buses simply don't: onboard climate control that handles a 95-degree August afternoon or a January field trip equally well, TV monitors for prep materials or educational content on the way, and undercarriage storage for science gear, art supplies, or sack lunches. For Lincoln Public Schools field trips with multiple classes, we coordinate fleet-size bookings — two or three buses running the same day to the same venue — with a single point of contact for your school's trip coordinator. ADA-accessible buses are always available.
Call 402-973-1398 for Lincoln school group transportation!

Memorial Stadium (1 Memorial Stadium Dr, Lincoln, NE 68588) seats 92,000 — one of the ten largest stadiums in the country — and it sells out every home game, a streak that has run continuously since 1962. On a Nebraska home game Saturday, the blocks surrounding the stadium on Vine Street, Stadium Drive, and North 10th Street fill with $40–$60 cash-only surface lots that stop accepting cars 90 minutes before kickoff. Rideshare pickup after the game is staged on North Antelope Valley Parkway — a 15-minute walk from the North Stadium gates — and post-game surge pricing is routine.
A Lincoln party bus rental for a Husker game puts your group at the stadium's shuttle drop zone steps from the gates, with undercarriage bays to carry the tailgate coolers and a built-in bar so the pregame energy builds on the road rather than in a congested parking lot. After the final whistle, the bus is waiting — no Parkway walk, no surge pricing, no hunting for where everyone parked. Husker home game weekends fill the local bus supply fast; booking four to six weeks out for a regular-season game and three or more months out for the Nebraska–Iowa rivalry or a ranked matchup is the standard.
Call 402-973-1398 to reserve your Husker game-day bus!

Lincoln's wedding venue corridor runs from the Haymarket's historic brick buildings — The Venue (701 P St), The Foundry (211 N 14th St), and Canopy at 14th (1029 N 14th St) — east to reception halls in the Fallbrook neighborhood and south to country clubs on Old Cheney Road. Out-of-town wedding guests landing at Lincoln Airport face a 25-minute surface-street drive to most Haymarket venues, and downtown parking on a Saturday night in that district runs $10–$15 in garages that fill before ceremony time.
A Lincoln wedding shuttle bus runs a continuous loop from the hotel block — the Graduate Lincoln or Marriott Cornhusker downtown — to the ceremony venue and back, handling every arrival and departure without asking a single guest to navigate O Street one-way traffic or pay for parking. Nobody in the wedding party walks four blocks on a July evening in formal wear. For the bridal party run on the morning of, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the pre-ceremony logistics with room to spare.
Because we've been coordinating weddings since 2011, your timeline stays tight from first quote to final drop-off. Call 402-973-1398 for a free Lincoln wedding transportation quote!

Lincoln's craft beer scene is anchored in the Haymarket and along O Street, with a handful of the state's best stops within three miles of downtown. Zipline Brewing Co. (2100 Magnum Circle, Lincoln, NE 68522) runs Lincoln's largest production brewery, with a taproom and food trucks that draw weekend crowds from across Lancaster County. Boiler Brewing Company (129 N 10th St, Lincoln, NE 68508) sits in the Haymarket with direct walkability to a half-dozen dinner spots.
Cosmic Eye Brewing (811 N 34th St, Lincoln, NE 68503) and Rock Island Brewing Company (130 N 10th St, Lincoln, NE 68508) round out a crawl that covers real ground across the city's grid.
Venture 10 miles west and Schilling Bridge Winery (1825 N 14th Rd, Waverly, NE 68462) offers a full tasting experience with Nebraska wines and a local food menu — the kind of afternoon where nobody wants to count drinks against a drive home on Highway 6. A Lincoln pub crawl party bus rental handles every stop in one vehicle: no splitting into separate cars between Zipline and Boiler, no $35 rideshare back from Waverly at 9 p.m. Call 402-973-1398 for a free Lincoln winery tour quote!

Organized a group event for the first time ever and the bus was the only part that came together completely without stress. The rest of event planning I'll never do again. The bus I absolutely will.
Kenny R.
Simone F.
We pre-gamed on the way to the venue, danced the whole night, and were home before midnight. The bus somehow made the whole evening feel like more than it was. Great lighting, great sound, great space.
Barry N.
Our anniversary dinner group used the bus to get everyone together and it honestly made the evening feel like a real celebration from the very first moment. Even the ride over was fun. Exactly what we were hoping for.
Tricia W.
I've never had a group transportation experience where literally everyone was happy. Usually someone complains about something. This time? Nothing but compliments. Clean bus, on time, great setup. We were all impressed.
Lincoln party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. Current ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size party buses (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Nebraska Husker home game weekends and prom season (late April–May) track toward the upper end of these ranges.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your date and itinerary is to call 402-973-1398 — we provide all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds with no hidden costs.
Charter buses serving Memorial Stadium typically use the north side approach via Stadium Drive, dropping groups near the North Stadium gates at 10th Street and Vine. All stadium-adjacent parking requires pre-purchased passes on game days — street parking within five blocks fills before the lots, and the Gate 16 / North Gate area is the closest coordinated drop zone to the main entrances. Rideshare pickup after the game is staged on North Antelope Valley Parkway, roughly a 15-minute walk from the north gates.
A charter bus waits nearby and picks your group up post-game, skipping that walk entirely. We recommend reviewing the official Husker Memorial Stadium fan guide before game day for current lot assignments and road-closure schedules.
Lincoln Airport (LNK) (2400 W Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68524) is a single-terminal facility, which keeps pickup logistics straightforward. Once your full group has retrieved luggage at baggage claim, your group coordinator calls our team and we move the bus to the commercial pickup lane at the terminal curb on the arrivals level. The critical step: don't call for the bus until every member of your party has bags in hand — LNK's commercial zone allows a limited loading window.
For cruise and convention groups with heavy luggage, our charter buses' undercarriage bays handle the full load without anyone hauling bags onto laps. We recommend checking the official LNK ground transportation page before your arrival date for any commercial vehicle lane updates.
Three windows drive peak demand for Lincoln party bus rentals. Nebraska Husker home football Saturdays (August through November) consistently fill the local supply, especially for rivalry games and ranked matchups — booking four to eight weeks out for a regular-season game is the baseline. Prom season (late April through mid-May) is the single tightest crunch: all Lincoln-area high schools hold proms in the same six-week window, and the right vehicles disappear in December.
Spring commencement at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (typically mid-May) spikes airport transfer demand for a two-day window and fills Haymarket hotel blocks entirely. Outside those three periods, two to four weeks of lead time is typically workable — but the earlier you call, the better your options.
Yes — and it's the cleanest way to do it. O Street from roughly 13th to 27th Street hosts Lincoln's densest cluster of bars and live music venues, and on a Friday or Saturday night that corridor is congested enough that finding parking between stops takes longer than the walk. A Lincoln party bus rental for an O Street crawl means the bus waits at each stop, your group walks in and out without coordinating a pickup, and the route is entirely flexible — add a Haymarket stop at Boiler Brewing, loop back to the Railyard, end the night at a late-night spot on 14th.
Tell us your intended stops when you call and we'll build the timing around your group's pace.
For most Lincoln events outside peak periods, two to four weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection and standard pricing. For Husker home game weekends — especially rivalry games and November dates — book four to eight weeks out, as the local supply genuinely tightens. For prom and homecoming, book by December for a spring prom date or expect premium pricing and possible unavailability.
For spring UNL commencement in mid-May, book as soon as your graduation date is confirmed. The earlier you call, the better your vehicle selection and the more likely you are to lock in the lower end of the price range. Call 402-973-1398 right now to check availability for your date!
A Lincoln party bus itinerary can cover the full range of what this city does best — from a 92,000-seat stadium to a craft brewery a mile away, or from the State Capitol lawn to a Haymarket rooftop. Here are six destinations where group transportation makes a real difference.

Memorial Stadium (1 Memorial Stadium Dr, Lincoln, NE 68588) has sold out every Cornhusker home game since 1962 — a streak of more than 380 consecutive sellouts that makes it one of college football's most sustained environments. On game day, the stadium briefly becomes one of the largest cities in Nebraska by population. Surface lots on Vine Street and Stadium Drive open 4–5 hours before kickoff at $40–$60 cash only and are gone well before noon for a noon kickoff.
The stretch of 10th Street between Vine and Salt Creek — the main north gate approach — is a pedestrian-only corridor from two hours before kickoff. Rideshare pickup after the game is on North Antelope Valley Parkway. A party bus skips the lot scramble and waits nearby for post-game pickup.
Address: 1 Memorial Stadium Dr, Lincoln, NE 68588
Phone: (402) 472-3111

Pinnacle Bank Arena (400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508) anchors the Haymarket District's west end with 15,548 seats and a year-round calendar that runs from Husker basketball to arena-level touring concerts. The attached parking garage on Arena Drive holds roughly 1,100 vehicles — far fewer than the arena's capacity — and event-night garage rates run $12–$20. Street parking in the surrounding Haymarket blocks turns over quickly, and the blocks closest to the arena are posted with two-hour limits that enforcement enforces on event nights.
Post-show rideshare pickup on the north side off Arena Drive sees consistent surge pricing after high-capacity shows. Charter bus drop-off is curbside on Pinnacle Arena Drive at the main plaza entrance.
Address: 400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508
Phone: (402) 904-4800

Pinewood Bowl Theater (1 Pinewood Bowl Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516) is Lincoln's signature outdoor amphitheater, set inside Pioneers Park on the southwest side of the city off West Van Dorn Street. The venue holds approximately 5,000 for summer concerts — the season runs June through August — with the lawn area making up the bulk of capacity. Parking is a gravel lot inside the park; it's free but limited, and it fills on sold-out nights before the opener takes the stage.
The walk from the lot overflow on Pioneer Boulevard adds 10–12 minutes on busy evenings. Bus drop-off is at the park entrance off Coddington Avenue, with the bus waiting in the adjacent lot area. We recommend checking the Lincoln Parks Department Pinewood Bowl page for the current summer concert calendar.

Phone: (402) 441-7847

Lincoln's Haymarket District runs roughly along 7th to 14th Streets between O Street and the Burlington Northern rail corridor, with the Pinnacle Bank Arena complex anchoring the northwest corner. The district packs craft breweries, wine bars, live music venues, and independent restaurants into a walkable eight-block core — Boiler Brewing (129 N 10th St), Rock Island Brewing (130 N 10th St), The Bourbon Theatre (1415 O St), and Lazlo's Brewery & Grill (710 P St) all within a five-minute walk of each other. Street parking is metered Monday–Saturday until 10 p.m. and enforces 2-hour limits aggressively on event nights.
For a pub crawl or a multi-venue night, a party bus waits on the wider stretches of N 7th or N 9th Street between venue stops.
Address: Haymarket District, Lincoln, NE 68508

The Nebraska State Capitol (1445 K St, Lincoln, NE 68509) is one of the most architecturally distinctive state capitols in the country — a 400-foot Art Deco tower completed in 1932 and housing the state's unicameral legislature, the only single-chamber legislature in the United States. Free tours run Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., making it a strong anchor for school field trips and civic-history group tours. Bus drop-off is on K Street at the south entrance; street parking for oversized vehicles is available on surrounding streets but limited on weekday mornings when state employees fill the neighborhood.
Group tours for 10 or more should be reserved through the Capitol's visitor services team at least two weeks in advance.

Zipline Brewing Co. (2100 Magnum Circle, Lincoln, NE 68522) is the largest craft brewery in Nebraska by production volume, operating out of a 27,000-square-foot facility on the southwest side of Lincoln near West O Street and South Coddington Avenue. The taproom seats roughly 200 inside and opens onto a patio and food-truck court that regularly hosts local food vendors on Friday and Saturday evenings. Zipline's rotating tap list runs 15–20 beers at any given time, with core Nebraska-brewed flagships supplemented by seasonal small-batch releases.
The brewery is not within walking distance of the Haymarket, making it a natural anchor for a party bus crawl that starts downtown and finishes southwest — or vice versa. Surface lot parking at the facility is free and ample on weekdays but fills on popular release nights.
